How to Get Started:

Attend a class – there’s no commitment no contracted needed. 

• Contact us and let us know you would like to come in for your first session.  Please come in about 10 minutes early to fill out a short form.
• During your first class, your trainer will walk you through the warm up, skill training and the WOD(workout of the day).
• Come to another class in that same week to get a feel for whether CrossFit Stallings is the program for which you have been searching for. Once you confirm what we know we can get you set up on a plan that matched your goals at CrossFit Stallings.
