BEGINNER?

Getting Started is easy!

Part 1: Call or email to set up your first class.

Part 2: Show up for class and work out. Discuss your fitness goals and get to know the gym.

Part 3: Become a member! We have two membership options. Unlimited classes or 3 class a week. We suggest you work out 2-4 times a week so that you stay consistent in your training. We also offer Open Gym times to give you extra time to practice your skills.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
When signing up for a membership or purchasing products you are authorizing charges to your credit card via Authorize.net. If you have signed a contract, you will be held to the terms and conditions specified in your contract. All new memberships require an initial 3 month term. Memberships have a 30 day cancellations.

REFUND POLICY
In the case of defective products you are entitled to a refund. Memberships are month to month and are final, they automatically renew, no refunds. Memberships must be cancelled 30 days before renewal date.
